Accenture is a leading professional services organization specializing in consulting and IT services. During this project I led a team of freshman and sophomore’s to develop a solution to Accenture’s work operations problem. I oversaw everything from communicating with Accenture, doing research, and developing solutions to creating an implementation plan and calculating the financials of our final recommendation.
